TECHNICAL FEATURES

The painstaking care on the details, the meticulous testing of each single paint spray gun and
the high production technology ensure a perfectly balanced quality/price ratio for the F160-
PLUS. The protective treatment of fluoropolymers and the first choice materials (stainless
steel and aluminum) guarantee an extremely long product life.

  • Body in die-cast Aluminium with external protective treatment consisting of fluoropolymers
    and high performance resins that increase hardness, abrasion resistance and non-stick
    characteristics.
  • Nickel-plated brass highly pulverising air cap
  • Stainless steel AISI 303 nozzle and needle (needle ø 3 mm)
  • According to the model, available with the following technology:

HPS highly polverising system with transfer efficiency equal to or higher than that of HVLP
systems working with air pressure values equal to those of a conventional paint spray gun.
