TECHNICAL FEATURES

The F160 series paint spray guns have been designed for a highly professional use. Their lightweight and ergonomic shape make them ideal for an extended use protecting the operator from fatigue. The high performances combined with the ease of use are aimed at simplifying all painting operations. 
The quality of the materials, the machine tools and the extremely high precision used in the production process combined with the strict controls on each single paint spray gun, make this product the maximum expression of professional painting.

• Body in die-cast aluminium alloy with internal protective chemical nickel treatment, and external electrolytic mat treatment, ideal for use with water-based paints and resistant to to aggressive chemical agents and corrosion.
• Stainless steel AISI 303 nozzle and needle (needle ø 3 mm)
• Nickel-plated brass highly pulverising air cap
• According to the model, available with the following technology:

HVLP (high volume low pressure) system producing a high air volume at a low pressure

HPS highly polverising system with transfer efficiency equal to or higher than that of HVLP systems
working with air pressure values equal to those of a conventional paint spray gun
